He was instrumental in his previous organisations in the UAE, GCC, Europe, and MENA region to attain Awards of recognition for the organisation he was employed for his leadership and strategic thinking.

As both an academic and practitioner, he completed all his post-grad studies while working full-time. He holds various degrees in both Leadership and Business, a PhD in Talent Engagement as well as a Double Master’s in Human Resources, His masters he majored in Industrial Psychology, Bachelor’s in Business Management and specialized in Finance and Marketing. He is a professional with certifications in Management from Indian institute of Management, which is the most recognised institute of Asia. Being a passionate people's person he has the attained the most recognised HR Certification CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management ) from Oakwood , United Kingdom and BPD psychology certification from Harvard Medical University.

As an international speaker, Dr. Abraham speaks on stages around the world. He delivers workshops and deep insights on employee engagement, meaningful management, culture, Company ERP tech, innovation, and the organization of the future.
